All online purchases are carefully packed and shipped using USPS priority mail, unless an alternative shipping method is requested by the buyer. Tracking and insurance are included in shipping charge. If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact Sarah prior to returning a piece and please be careful to package the piece in its original packaging and have the return package tracked and insured. A refund will be given once the item arrives safely back to the studio.
